Here are answers to some frequently asked questions about our Canadian online pharmacy. If you have a question that has not been answered here, please contact us.



What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 7 am to 5 pm mountain standard time.



Are you a licensed pharmacy?

Minit Drugs is a licensed Canadian pharmacy with a strong reputation for supplying and delivering high-quality Canada drugs in a safe and timely manner directly to patients' homes. How do I register?

There are four ways to register and order your Canadian prescription drugs with us:
  1. Complete and sign our registration form and mail to us at the above address.

  2. Fax the completed form to us toll-free: Fax: 1-866-252-7137.

  3. Call our Patient Care Department toll-free, and register by phone. Click here for phone numbers.

  4. Register online.



Do I need a prescription?

Once you are registered with us, we will require a valid doctor's prescription prior to filling your order. Please review the following options before placing your order:

  1. Original prescriptions must be mailed to Minit Drugs/Pharmacy-Online. Click here for addresses. When mailing the original, please attach:
    1. Your name, date of birth, phone number and address. (Please do not write on the prescription.)
  2. To expedite your order, your doctor may call in your prescription toll-free to Toll Free: 1-866-266-9955 or fax toll-free to Fax: 1-866-252-7137.
  3. Only send in prescriptions that you want to fill. Prescription drugs that have been dispensed and shipped to you cannot be returned.


    How long does it take to get my medications?

    New prescriptions take approximately 7 to 10 business days, even if we have filled the same medications for you in the past. Refills take approximately 5 to 7 business days for delivery from the time you call. To ensure that you do not run out of medication, please call for your refills when you start your third month of medication.



    How are my medications sent to me?

    Once your order has been filled, it will be shipped via Canada Post X-Press Post. Shipping charges are $9.95 within North America. Shipping charges will be $39.95 if the destination resides outside North America.



    How many medications can I get at the same time?

    As many as you need. However, a maximum 3-month supply will be sent of each medication, unless you request less on your order form.



    Can I send my medication back if it does not work?

    No. Canadian prescription drugs that have been dispensed and shipped to you cannot be returned.



    Is my personal information private and secure?

    Minit Drugs/Pharmacy-Online only collects information from its customers so that it can provide the best possible service to them.

    We are committed to keeping your personal information accurate, confidential and secure. We respect your privacy and everything you share with us will stay with us. All credit card and personal information submitted to us is received through a highly-secure site using 128-bit encryption.
  • We will not sell any of the information you submit to us, nor will we share it with anyone.

  • All of your personal and confidential information will be safely stored and protected according to current patient/physician privacy laws.
